Thank you for choosing GracieGphotography as your photographer. Together we will capture some amazing shots that you will enjoy and treasure for years to come.

Terms and Conditions

  • The photographer retains the rights of discretion in selecting the photographic materials released to the client based on the images quoted at the time of booking.

  • The client shall assist and cooperate with the photographer in obtaining the desired photographs, including but not limited to specifying persons and or poses to be photographed. The photographer shall not be responsible for photographs not taken as a result of the Client’s failure to provide reasonable assistance or cooperation.

  • The deposit/retainer and any payments towards the session are non-refundable should the client cancel the appointment at any time or fail to show. The balance must be paid in full at the time of the session. Client understands and agrees that the Photographer will not book other sessions during this time. In the event that the Client cancels the session or fails to attend the session for any reason, the photographer shall suffer losses that are difficult to ascertain. The photographer retains the right to charge a rescheduling fee if the client request to reschedule and the photographer has the available time slot. The client will be responsible for any fees related to re-scheduling. A cake smash fee will be charged when a session is rescheduled. The photographer retains the right to re-schedule a session due to weather.

  • The photographer retains copyright to the photographs. Client is able to purchase a digital download containing additional images taken during the session at an additional fee. Client shall be granted unlimited but non-exclusive rights to use or reproduce the photographs for which the client pays. Photographs shall be delivered to the client via digital download or other media deemed suitable by the photographer.

  • It is the clients responsibility to save the delivered images on their storage device of choice. The photographer is not responsible for saving images once they have been delivered to the client via a digital download or any medica deemed suitable by the photographer.

  • Due to the time constraints, the photographer retains the right to cancel a session if the client is late 10 minutes or more. The photographer has the right to charge a late fee for any client that is late 20 minutes or more. The client agrees that the deposit/retainer will be lost, and a new deposit is needed to book another session.

  • Client understands that the traveling fees or photography pass fees will apply if a specific location is chosen.

  • GracieGphotography retains the right to refuse services to anyone.

  • By submitting the deposit/retainer, the client agrees to the above terms and conditions.
